We grind and polish a granite river stone to create the small hors d’oeuvres plate that even has a special cavity for salt, dips, or soy sauce depending on what delectable morsels you plan to offer. Expect a slight variation in size (+/- 1 cm). You can heat them in the oven or cool them in the freezer to help maintain the temperature of the food being served. It’s best to hand wash them to preserve the food-safe wax polish.
