Brookby™ cheese knives (set of 3)

The horns of the water buffalo can feature several blended tones from cream to brown to gray all in the same horn.  We love this variation because it imparts a unique character to each handle on these elegant cheese knives.  For the blades we sort and select the purest possible black horn for quality and contrast with the handle.
