Of course they are durable and practical, but we love our new double wall  stainless steel serving bowls because the brushed surface is so unassuming it will match any tablescape or décor.  The Bleeker bowl performs a magic trick.  Stand it upright and it orients itself like any serving bowl, Tilt it onto the alternative smooth surface on its bottom and it will turn towards its user.  Suitable for hot or cold foods.
